Morning Wellness Ginger Elixir

This wellness shot revs the digestive system and can be enjoyed daily as it begins to fire up your motivation for the day. Perfect for awakening the sacral chakra.

  • Blender


  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 500 mL water


  • Blend all together.
  • Pour in a shot glass.
  • Keep in the fridge for up to a week and pour for each morning. You can also freeze in an ice-cube tray and take out as needed.
