  • 3 mangos ripe
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½- 1 jalapeño seeded and minced (optional)
  • 1 large lime juiced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Using your blender on low speed to combine mango, peppers, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime and salt.
  • You can store the salsa in the refrigerator, covered, for several days.
