Goddess Granola

Plant proteins and omega 3 fatty acids are the best way to start you day to boost energy & mood for your day. A perfect crunch combining nutty, sweet and salty as a topper to oatmeal, overnight oats or chia putting.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups large flake oats
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • ½ cup almonds chopped
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup coconut flake unsweetened
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cocoa nibs or chocolate with 80% cocoa
  • pinch sea salt fine grain

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F degrees & line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl stir dry ingredients together. Leave cocoa nibs for later.
  • Pour in the wet ingredients & mix well.
  • Spread the granola evenly on baking sheet
  • Bake until golden approx. 21-23 mins. Stir a few times while baking.
  • Remove from the heat and let cool. Spoon in optional cocoa nibs.
  • Top Secret: To make your granola extra crispy turn the oven off and leave in for an extra 15 mins.
