
Goddess Granola
Plant proteins and omega 3 fatty acids are the best way to start you day to boost energy & mood for your day. A perfect crunch combining nutty, sweet and salty as a topper to oatmeal, overnight oats or chia putting.

Ingredients
- 4 cups large flake oats
- ½ cup walnuts chopped
- ½ cup almonds chopped
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup coconut flake unsweetened
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cocoa nibs or chocolate with 80% cocoa
- pinch sea salt fine grain
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees & line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl stir dry ingredients together. Leave cocoa nibs for later.
- Pour in the wet ingredients & mix well.
- Spread the granola evenly on baking sheet
- Bake until golden approx. 21-23 mins. Stir a few times while baking.
- Remove from the heat and let cool. Spoon in optional cocoa nibs.
- Top Secret: To make your granola extra crispy turn the oven off and leave in for an extra 15 mins.
