
Cha Cha Chia Pudding
This light morning energizer is rich in calcium, omega 3 and fibre. It is perfect with homemade granola and berries added to the top. Which ever fluid you choose make sure the sugar content is less that 4 grams/serving. Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup liquid – water coconut water, milk (plant based)
- 1 tsp maple syrup optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a container that can be covered like a mason jar.
- Seal container and shake vigorously.
- Store in refrigerator for 6-8 hours until pudding-like consistency.
- Can store chilled for up to 1 week.
