This light morning energizer is rich in calcium, omega 3 and fibre. It is perfect with homemade granola and berries added to the top. Which ever fluid you choose make sure the sugar content is less that 4 grams/serving. Starting your day with omega 3's and fibre is linked with principles that the healthiest people on earth have adopted.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup liquid – water coconut water, milk (plant based)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a container that can be covered like a mason jar.
  • Seal container and shake vigorously.
  • Store in refrigerator for 6-8 hours until pudding-like consistency.
  • Can store chilled for up to 1 week.
